Legal basis & consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you book or submit a form) and, where applicable, to perform our contract with you and to comply with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights); withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer provide a booking or service.

The site uses essential cookies/local storage to function (e.g. your theme preference) and, if enabled, analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.
Data retention
We keep booking and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymise them. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
