These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of tickets, drift taxi rides and other bookings from Intense Gear Motorsports (“Intense Gear”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Gujarat, India. By booking, purchasing or attending, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or attend.
1. Tickets & bookings
- A ticket is a limited, revocable licence to attend the named event; it is not transferable property.
- Every attendee needs a valid ticket. Each ticket admits one person for a single entry to the event, city and date shown at checkout.
- Tickets and drift taxi passes are delivered by email with a QR code. Entry or your ride requires a valid, un-used QR at the gate; the first scan is admitted and later scans of the same code are rejected.
- Do not copy, screenshot for resale, or share your QR. We are not responsible if a duplicated or shared code is used by someone else before you.
- Tickets must not be resold, offered for resale, or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes without our prior written consent. We may cancel tickets obtained or transferred in breach of this, without refund.
2. Pricing & payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any applicable GST is charged as required by law.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (e.g. Cashfree). We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully verified and you receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s). If payment is not verified, no ticket is issued.
3. Drift Taxi rides
- A drift taxi ride is a separate paid add-on. You still need a valid entry ticket to get inside the event.
- The base fare covers the stated base duration; additional minutes may be purchased up to the stated maximum. Timing is approximate and subject to operational and safety conditions on the day.
- Rides are given as a passenger in a vehicle being driven in a demonstrative/drifting manner. You acknowledge this is a high-adrenaline activity and accept the risks in Section 5.
- We may require you to sign an on-site liability waiver and confirm you are medically fit before your ride. We may refuse or stop a ride at our discretion for safety reasons; where a ride cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to us, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
- You must follow all crew instructions, wear any provided safety equipment (e.g. seatbelt/helmet), and must not ride if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have a health condition that makes the activity unsafe.
4. Entry, conduct & prohibited items
- Entry is subject to security checks. Age limits, prohibited items and venue rules communicated for the event apply.
- You must follow all safety instructions, signage, barricades and directions from our crew, marshals and security at all times, and remain in permitted spectator areas.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, any person for unsafe, unlawful, intoxicated or disruptive behaviour, or breach of these Terms, without refund and without liability.
- Prohibited (non-exhaustive): weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, drones, professional recording equipment for commercial use without permission, and any item that could endanger others.
5. Assumption of risk & safety
Motorsport events, drifting demonstrations and drift taxi rides are inherently dangerous activities that involve fast-moving vehicles, noise, smoke, debris and the risk of accident, injury or, in rare cases, death. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily attend and/or participate at your own risk and accept responsibility for your own safety and that of any minor in your care. You agree to stay behind barricades and within designated areas and to follow all safety instructions. On-site signed waivers or acknowledgements may be required as a condition of entry or participation.
6. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of enjoyment, travel, accommodation or other costs; (b) we are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your personal property at an event; and (c) our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a ticket, booking or event is limited to the amount you paid to us for that ticket or booking.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our organisers, staff and partners harmless from any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your unsafe or unlawful conduct, or any injury or damage you cause to persons or property at an event.
8. Media & photography
Events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to being captured in photos and video and to our use of such material for promotion, marketing and social media, without payment. If you do not wish to be featured, contact us in advance and we will make reasonable efforts, though we cannot guarantee removal from crowd footage.
9. Changes, cancellation & force majeure
Dates, venues, timings, line-ups and programme are indicative and may change. Events may be delayed, curtailed, rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, safety, permits, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including acts of government, natural events, or public-health measures. Refund entitlements in these situations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We are not liable for your travel, accommodation or other personal costs.
10. Third-party / guest events
Some events listed are organised by third parties where Intense Gear appears as a guest or participant. For those events, tickets, entry and refunds are managed by the respective organiser under their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website - including the Intense Gear name, logo, text, images and video - is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here affects consumer rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site or attendance after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
